Cancellation Policy

It's important to note that canceling an order for made-to-order furniture differs from canceling an order for clothing or small goods. Our furniture is created specifically for you, based on your chosen style, size, wood species, and stain finish.

Before making an order, ensure that the furniture is the right size, style, and finish for your space, that it can fit through your doors and hallways, and that it is within your budget. After placing your order, you have a 48-hour window to cancel it without any cost or penalty.

Canceling an order after 48 hours can be costly for all parties involved, as materials will oftentimes have already been ordered and allocated by the Amish builder. We want you to be a satisfied customer, so take your time and review our policies to make an informed decision before ordering and/or canceling made-to-order furniture.

Cancelling an order WITHIN 48 hours of making the order:

The customer must do the following:

  • NOTIFY Amish Furniture Creations™ by emailing us at info@amishfurniturecreations.com and let us know you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order.  The cancellation must be in writing from the person who placed the order.
  • NOTE: In such cases, a full refund of the original amount will be issued.


Cancelling an order AFTER 48 hours of making the order
:

The customer must do the following:

  • NOTIFY Amish Furniture Creations™ by emailing us at info@amishfurniturecreations.com and let us know you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order.  The cancellation must be in writing from the person who placed the order.
  • NOTE: In such cases, a refund will be issued, less a 30% Cancellation Fee.
