Return Request due to Customer Change of Mind
For Returns due to customer changing their mind DURING the delivery:
During the time of the delivery, if the furniture is delivered in good condition but the customer decides they don’t want it while the delivery people are still there, the customer must do the following:
- WRITE that they have changed their mind on the delivery paperwork that the customer signs at the time they receive the furniture
- REFUSE the delivery so that the delivery team takes the furniture back with them
- NOTIFY Amish Furniture Creations™ within 48 hours of refusal of the delivery by emailing us at info@amishfurniturecreations.com and let us know you have changed your mind and that you refused the delivery
- NOTE: In such cases, once we receive the furniture back from the shipper, a refund will be issued less a 25% Restocking Fee and less the shipping/delivery fee. The shipping/delivery fee is non-refundable.

For Returns due to customer changing their mind within 48 hours AFTER the delivery:
If the furniture was delivered and paperwork signed that it was received in good condition and the customer decides they don’t want it after the delivery people leave, the customer must do the following:
- NOTIFY Amish Furniture Creations™ within 48 hours of the delivery by emailing us at info@amishfurniturecreations.com and let us know you have changed your mind and that you no longer want the furniture.
- NOTE: In such cases, the customer must arrange and pay for shipping the furniture back to Amish Furniture Creations™ within 14 days of the original delivery date. Shipping must be insured and blanket-wrapped to protect the furniture for its return in good condition. Once we receive the furniture back, a refund will be issued less a 25% Restocking Fee and less the original shipping/delivery fee. The original shipping/delivery fee is non-refundable. The shipping cost for its return to Amish Furniture Creations™ is also non-reimbursable and non-refundable.
- Because the furniture was signed for received in good condition, if the item is returned with damage, there will be an extra Repair Fee assessed to repair the damage so that the returned item will be sale-able. Repair Fees begin at $50, depending on the level of damage.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the 48-hour window has elapsed following the delivery/receiving of the furniture, the sale will be considered final and no returns or refunds will be accepted.
